After vacationing for years on the gorgeous, world famous, Emerald Coast SoWal beaches, my husband Keith & I decided to move to our "Happy Place" and became full time 30A residents. I've been a licensed Realtor in TN for 33 years. I obtained my FL Realtor's license to assist buyers in their search to locate and purchase their very own special "Happy Place" here on the Gulf Coast and assist sellers in showcasing, marketing and selling their exceptional properties. It's my goal to be your local, trusted connection to some of the most beautiful homes and beaches anywhere in the world!!

From early on, I was destined to be in the Real Estate/Building business. I’m a native Nashvillian, born and raised into a family where my mother, Cheryl was a very successful builder and real estate Broker. My uncle Steve is a well-respected draftsman and builder. I learned the business from an early age. I then married into the well-known & respected Batson family, where my husband Keith, my father-in-law, Wayne and his brother, Frank are successful Builders/Developers.

Later after obtaining my BBA from Middle Tennessee State University, I became a licensed Realtor and have been active in Real Estate for over 33 years.

Day to day business in the Real Estate & construction world can be hectic to say the least. I work tirelessly to keep projects moving along, and constantly put my clients’ needs before my own.

Since I know the business from the construction side (“from the inside out”), I know what to look for & what questions to ask when you're building a home. I have a relationship with vendors/suppliers and can assist you with material selections & questions as well as coordinate with subcontractors on day-to-day business.
