The space‍

Bella Vita makes life easy - you don't even have to get in your car after you arrive if you don't want to! The home has 9 foot ceilings and is full of light all day. Smart HDTVs are in the 3 bedrooms with King beds and has 2 living areas. The street legal golf cart seats up to 6 and will get you to the beach in under 3 minutes. Walk a few houses down and you are at the large community pool, always a welcoming spot after a long day at the beach.

~ 1st Floor ~
The first level features an over sized garage, which stores the golf cart, bikes and beach chairs. The driveway has room for 2 cars, as well as street parking. In the garage you have 4 brand new Adult Beach Cruiser Bikes, 10 backpack Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas, Beach Toys, several Coolers and a Shiny New Golf Cart that seats 6 adults. A Gas Grill is located in the garage, easy to roll out and use. Enter the foyer and there is a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a Full size bed. Walk further and there is a bunk room with 3 twin beds and plenty of drawer space. A bathroom with shower/tub combo is at the end of the hall. The full size washer and dryer along with 10 beach towels are located here. Take a stroll off the living area and relax on the outdoor patio.

~ 2nd Level ~
The second level includes the living, dining and kitchen areas, a huge bedroom, full bath and a covered deck for entertaining. The owners missed nothing when stocking this kitchen, you have a toaster, Keurig that has both drip and keurig cups, microwave, utensils and cooking gear for whatever meal your heart desires! Stainless Steel appliances and quartz counter tops along with 3 comfortable counter stools keep your kitchen a hot spot for hanging out. The dining area seats 6 and the living area has an abundance of seating, along with a massive Smart HDTV. Your balcony will have plenty of seating to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Off the living area is a private bedroom with King size bed, Smart HDTV and plenty of storage for your clothes. The full bathroom with shower/tub combo is off the hall.

~3rd Floor~
The third level includes the primary suite with King size bed and en-suite bathroom with duel sinks and gorgeous walk in shower. An additional bedroom with King size bed is also on this floor. There is a full bath with walk in shower off the hallway. Accessible to both rooms is a large balcony providing fabulous GULF VIEWS.
